A Derby Ditty - Filmed Production
£3 - On Demand
A Derby Ditty was a 15-minute live show, performed on the doorsteps of Derby residents. Co-created out of conversations we have had with Derby communities, in particular, Derby Carers and cared for.
The topic of conversation…..Derby!!!
From the Cathedral to the Eagle Market, from ‘Ey up mi Duck’ to Feste celebrations, A Derby Ditty encompasses Derby in all its glory. Performed by two local actor-musicians, we hope to leave you with a smile on your face and some music in your bones.
So don’t be mardy, grab ya kecks and stuff a cob down ya, for we could be Ditty’in on YOUR screens soon!
Moving Bodies - Audio Play
AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD NOVEMBER 2021
Moving Bodies follows the story of one brave man, Bernard Roberts, turning from soldier to grave digger in the hope of giving his fellow fallen comrades a peaceful place to rest.
‘I suppose you could have called me the comedian of the company. How can you tell if a dog belongs to a Blacksmith….?’
‘….because when you tell him off, he makes a bolt for the door!
I didn’t say I was any good!’
Adapted from real life accounts, this one man show combines immersive story telling with a mix of trench humour, old war time songs and an original soundscape, to tell this darkly comic, touching story.

"Twas a great experience for my children and their friends, it brought some Christmas cheer to the house. The performers were fab, they made the show exciting and fun."
